All orders placed on our website will be processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that in some cases, such as when outside payment processing platforms are used, payment may not process immediately. This may delay preparation of your order. Please reach out to us at support@wearlila.com if you have not received a shipping confirmation and would like to inquire about the status of your order. 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging their order, except in the case where a mistake was made on the part of Lila that results in the need for a return/exchange.
